By using our website (Microfactory) and the AI-powered tools we provide, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Service

Microfactory offers AI-powered tools that generate output (text, ideas, etc.) on various topics. These tools are designed for general productivity and content generation purposes.

• You may not use these services to generate illegal, harassing, threatening, deceptive, or harmful content.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or abuse our API (including reverse-engineering).
• You may not use automated software to bypass or exceed usage limits (rate-limits).

You may not use the service to generate, distribute, or promote any of the following:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Adult or NSFW material
• Content involving minors in any form
• Escorting or sexually-oriented services
• Hate speech, violence, or illegal activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service immediately, without prior notice, in case of violations.

3. Licenses and Accounts

We do not have a traditional membership system. Access to premium features is granted via a License Key issued after a one-time (or subscription-based) purchase.

• You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your license key.
• Purchased licenses are valid for a single personal or commercial user simultaneously, unless otherwise stated. (Multi-device abuse may be blocked or monitored).
• In cases of abuse (e.g., sharing the license with too many people), your license may be revoked without notice.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and AI-based services, refunds are generally not provided after purchase.

However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional situations.

5. Rights over Generated Content

You own the content you generate through Microfactory's tools. However, since the outputs are generated via the infrastructure of third-party AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, they are also subject to those entities' respective usage and ownership agreements.

Microfactory makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, originality, or copyright status of the generated content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the application will run uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information generated by the AI will always be 100% accurate. Microfactory cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages (material or moral) arising from the use of the system.
