All products offered through Craftyra are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products and AI resource consumption, refunds are generally not provided after a license key has been issued.

However, we do offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Exceptions

  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.
